A blocked drain usually gives a warning before it stops. Sinks and showers drain slowly, pipes gurgle, a sewage smell hangs around floor drains or manholes, and the water in a manhole sits higher than usual. Left alone, dirty water backs up into the building or spills out of a manhole.
Our Super Combi does the whole job in one visit. The nozzle on its jetting hose goes into the pipe from the nearest manhole and sprays water at high pressure against the pipe walls. That breaks up the blockage and washes it back towards the manhole, where the truck's suction hose lifts it into the tank. The blockage leaves with us instead of being pushed further down the line.

How a visit works
You call or WhatsApp us with your location and what you see: slow drains, a smell, water backing up or an overflowing manhole.
We send the Super Combi. We arrive in 3 to 4 hours within Doha; for the rest of Qatar, we give you a time when you call.
The crew opens the manholes along the line to find the blockage, and sucks out any standing sewage first.
We feed the jetting hose into the pipe and clear it, while the suction hose lifts out whatever comes loose at the manhole.
We run water through the line to check that it flows, clean out the manhole, close the cover and tell you what we found.

Make sure we can reach the manhole covers: move cars, plant pots or anything else standing on them.

Common questions
What causes drains to block?
Usually grease, sand and things that shouldn't go down a drain. Cooking grease sets hard on the pipe walls, sand blows or washes into the lines, wet wipes and rags catch on the build-up, and tree roots can grow in through pipe joints. The pipe narrows until it stops.
Why jetting and not a rod?
Because jetting cleans the pipe, not just a hole through the blockage. A rod pushes a path through, but the grease and sand on the walls stay and catch the next load. Jetting scours the walls, and the suction hose takes the debris out so it can't settle further down.
Can you come at night or on a Friday?
Yes. We work 24/7, including Fridays and nights. If a manhole is overflowing, keep people away from the water, stop using the drains on that line and call us. We arrive in 3 to 4 hours within Doha.
Do you take the debris away?
Yes. Everything the jetting washes loose is sucked into the truck's tank and leaves with us. We clean up around the manhole before we go.
