Most drainage emergencies give plenty of warning. A septic tank fills a little more every week, grease builds up in kitchen lines, and sand and silt settle in manholes. On a busy compound, the first sign is often an overflow at night and complaints from residents. Regular visits deal with these build-ups before they turn into an emergency, and let you plan the work instead of reacting to it.
The work is done with our own vehicles: the Super Combi, which jets and sucks in one visit, for tanks, lines, grease traps and manholes, and our road sweeper for compound roads and car parks. We work 24/7, so between visits you can still call us at any hour if something goes wrong.

How a visit works
You call or WhatsApp us and tell us about the site: where it is, what it has (septic tanks, grease traps, manholes, internal roads) and how it is used.
We visit the site, or go through it with you on the phone, to see where everything is and where the trucks can park.
We agree a schedule that suits the site: which work is done, on which dates and at what time of day, so residents are disturbed as little as possible.
We come on the agreed dates, do the work, clean up and tell your site contact what we found.
Between visits, you can call us 24/7. We arrive in 3 to 4 hours within Doha; for the rest of Qatar, we give you a time when you call.
When the site changes, for example new villas or a new kitchen, we adjust the schedule with you.

A combination truck that jets and vacuums in one visit: high-pressure water clears the blocked line, then powerful suction lifts the water and sludge into the truck's tank. A street sweeper that clears sand, silt and debris from roads and compound streets, including what floodwater leaves behind.

How often will you visit?
It depends on the site: how many tanks and traps it has and how heavily they are used. We agree a schedule that suits the site with you before the first visit.
Can we still call you between visits?
Yes. We work 24/7, including Fridays and nights. If something blocks or overflows between scheduled visits, call us. We arrive in 3 to 4 hours within Doha.
What can a contract cover?
It depends on what your site needs. A contract can cover septic tanks, drain jetting, grease traps, manholes and street sweeping, or only some of them. We agree the list with you before we start.
Do you need to see the site first?
