How a visit works
You call or WhatsApp us with your location and what is happening: a full tank, a smell, slow drains or an overflow.
We send the Super Combi. We arrive in 3 to 4 hours within Doha; for the rest of Qatar, we give you a time when you call.
The crew opens the tank, lowers the suction hose and empties the liquid first, then the sludge from the bottom.
If a pipe is blocked, we jet it clear with high-pressure water and suck out whatever comes loose.
We close the cover, clean up around the manhole and tell you how the tank looked, so you know roughly when it will need emptying again.
What to prepare
Make sure we can reach the tank or manhole cover: move cars, furniture or plant pots off it.
Tell us where the truck can park and how far that is from the tank.

Common questions
Can you come when sewage is overflowing?
Yes. We work 24/7, including Fridays and nights. Keep people away from the overflow, don't open the tank yourself, and call us. We arrive in 3 to 4 hours within Doha.
How often does a septic tank need emptying?
It depends on the size of the tank and how many people use it. Slow drains, gurgling pipes or a smell near the manhole usually mean it is full. After the first visit we can tell you roughly how often yours will need it.
Do you take the waste away?
Yes. Everything we pump out goes into the truck's own tank and leaves with us. Nothing is left on your property.
Is the Super Combi a sewage tanker?
Yes, and more. Like any sewage tanker it has a tank and strong suction, so it empties septic tanks and takes the sewage water away. It also carries high-pressure jetting, so if the pipe to the tank is blocked we clear it in the same visit as the emptying.
