You call or WhatsApp us with your location, a photo of the water, and where it is: a yard, a basement, a road or a site.
We tell you when we can be there, and we send the Super Combi.
The crew lowers the suction hose into the deepest water first and pumps it into the truck's tank. It leaves with us.
We jet blocked drains and gullies with high-pressure water, so the water that is left can drain away.
If sand and silt cover the road or the compound streets, the road sweeper clears them once the water is gone.

Once the water is gone, our 2023 Volvo FL road sweeper clears it, so the roads are safe to use again and less of it washes into the drains. What to prepare
Send us photos or a short video of the water. It helps us plan the job.
Tell us where the truck can park, and whether the road to you is flooded too.
If it is safe, clear the way to the gate, the basement ramp or the manhole: move bins and furniture.
Make sure someone can let the crew in and show them where the drains are.
