Street and compound cleaning in Doha, Qatar
Al Makki cleans streets, compounds and villas in Doha and across Qatar, with a road sweeper for the roads and dedicated cleaning crews for everything around them. We clear the sand, dust, silt and debris that build up on compound streets, car parks, paths and yards, so the whole site is clean again.

Silt and mud are left on roads and car parks after rain.
Residents carry sand into homes and cars, or complain the site looks neglected.
Litter and debris collect along fences, roadsides and in common areas.
How we help
Who it's for
- Compounds
- Villas and homes
In Qatar, roads and compound streets collect sand quickly. A windy day or a dust storm leaves a layer along the kerbs and in the corners, and after rain the water leaves silt and mud behind when it drains away. Left alone, it blows back into homes and cars, and the next rain washes it into the drains and manholes.
Our road sweeper, a 2023 Volvo FL street sweeper, does the roads, compound streets and car parks. Our crews work where the truck can't go: pavements, paths, corners, around gates, and in villa yards and driveways. You can book a one-off clean, or have it done regularly as part of an annual maintenance contract.

How a visit works
You call or WhatsApp us with the location and what needs cleaning: roads, a car park, a compound's common areas or a villa's yard.
We agree with you what will be cleaned and when. For a large site, we may visit first to see it.
On the day, the sweeper does the roads and car parks, and the crew cleans the pavements, paths, corners and yards it can't reach.
The crew gathers up the litter and debris, and everything we sweep up and collect leaves with us.
We go over the site with you before we leave. For regular cleaning, we come back on the dates agreed with you.
What to prepare
Tell us which roads, paths and areas you want cleaned, and whether it's a one-off or regular cleaning.
Ask residents to move their cars off the roads and car parks we will sweep, where they can.
Let the gate and security know we are coming, and tell us about any low gate, arch or tight turn the truck has to pass.
At a villa, point out anything the crew should work around carefully, such as plants, garden lights or decorations.

Common questions
Can you clean the roads after rain?
Yes. Once the water has drained away, the sweeper clears the silt and sand it leaves on roads and compound streets. If water is still standing, our Super Combi can remove it first.
Do you only clean roads?
No. Our crews also clean pavements, paths, compound common areas, and villa yards and driveways: the places the sweeper can't reach.
Can you clean our compound regularly?
Yes. We agree a schedule that suits your site, either on its own or as part of an annual maintenance contract that also covers your drainage.
Do you take the sand and debris away?
Yes. Everything we sweep up and collect leaves with us. Nothing is left behind on your site.
Can you work at night or early in the morning?
Yes. We work 24/7, including Fridays, so we can sweep when the roads and car parks are quiet. Tell us which times suit your residents.
